The Local Government Unit of Dumalinao, headed by our Local Chief Executive, Hon. Junaflor S. Cerilles, through the Office of the Sangguniang Bayan, headed by Vice Mayor Lorenzo Alcantara and Secretary to the Sanggunian, Atty. Mayus Ryan Ando, conducted a 2-day Short-course Review on Drafting and Enactment of Ordinances and Resolutions through proper application of Parliamentary Rules and Procedures among Barangay Officials and Secretaries of the Municipality of Dumalinao, Zamboanga del Sur. The activity was facilitated in 4 different batches and venues within the locality last November 4-5, 24-25, 28-29, and December 1-2, 2022.
The acivity aimed to pave the usual inconsistencies and irregularities in the enactment, procedures, and usage of parliamentary rules and procedures of Barangay Officials and Secretaries in the performance of thier duties and to further exercise efficient and effective local governance in their area of jurisdiction.
