On February 18, 2024, the Sangguniang Kabataan (SK) Mandatory Training for the newly appointed SK Secretaries and Treasurers of the barangay of Dumalinao took place. The completion of this training is a critical prerequisite for these young individuals to assume their positions as SK officials within their respective barangays, as stipulated in Section 6 of Republic Act 10742, also known as the SK Reform Act of 2015.
