The Local Government Unit of Dumalinao headed by our active Municipal Mayor Junaflor “Sweet” Cerilles, in cooperation with the Local Civil Registrar, will conduct a free service for the whole month of February as follows:

FREE REGISTRATION FOR THOSE WHO WANT TO GET MARRIED

Gonna bring it to the following:

1. Birth Certificate at least 18 years old pataas

2. CENOMAR

3. Barangay Clearance

4. Taga Dumalinao at least 1 of contracting party

5. POPCOM Seminar (free not included)

6. Tax Clearance (not included in freebies)

7. Cedula

FREE COPY GIVEAWAY TO WHOEVER WANTS TO GET THE FOLLOWING:

1. Birth Certificate

2. Marriage Contract

3. Death Certificate

Authorization letter with ID and signature before request, please bring if already have a copy

Just visit the office of the Local Civil Registrar.
